AC INSTALLATION
AC Installation in Las Vegas
Whether you're building a new home or upgrading your existing HVAC system, we install high-efficiency cooling solutions designed to handle the toughest desert summers.
New HVAC Systems for Las Vegas Homes
We install a range of cooling systems to match your home, budget, and efficiency goals.
Central Air Conditioning
The most common and effective cooling solution for Las Vegas homes. Central AC distributes cooled air through your ductwork for whole-home comfort. Available in 2-5 ton configurations for homes of all sizes.
Heat Pumps
Dual-function systems that cool in summer and heat in winter. Modern heat pumps are incredibly efficient and perform well in Las Vegas's mild winters, providing year-round comfort from a single unit.
Ductless Mini-Splits
Perfect for room additions, garages, or homes without ductwork. Mini-splits provide zone-based cooling with individual temperature control for each area. No ductwork modifications required.
High Efficiency Systems for Desert Performance
In Las Vegas, your AC runs 6-8 months per year. Choosing the right efficiency rating directly impacts your electricity bills.
Understanding SEER Ratings
SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) measures how efficiently an AC system cools. The federal minimum is SEER 15, but in Las Vegas we recommend SEER 16 or higher.
- SEER 14-15: Standard efficiency, lowest upfront cost
- SEER 16-18: High efficiency, best value for Las Vegas
- SEER 20+: Premium efficiency, maximum energy savings
Annual Energy Savings
Upgrading from an older SEER 10 system to a modern high-efficiency unit can cut your cooling costs significantly.
- SEER 10 to 16: Save ~38% on cooling
- SEER 10 to 18: Save ~44% on cooling
- SEER 10 to 20: Save ~50% on cooling
For a typical Las Vegas home, that translates to $500-$1,200 in annual savings.

How long does a new AC installation take?
A standard installation is completed in one day (4-8 hours). If ductwork modifications or a completely new duct system is needed, the project may take 2-3 days.
What size AC system do I need?
System size depends on your home's square footage, insulation, window count, and layout. As a general guide: under 1,200 sq ft needs a 2-ton system, 1,200-1,800 sq ft needs 3 tons, 1,800-2,400 sq ft needs 4 tons, and over 2,400 sq ft needs 5 tons. We perform a precise load calculation during our consultation.
Do I need new ductwork with a new AC?
Not necessarily. If your existing ductwork is in good condition and properly sized, we can connect your new system to it. We inspect your ducts during consultation and recommend repairs or replacement only if needed.
Is financing available for new installations?
Yes. We offer flexible financing with monthly payments starting at $129. Options include 0% promotional financing for 12 months and low-APR plans up to 72 months. Learn more about financing.
