Open Positions
HVAC Installation Technician
Install residential AC systems including split systems, heat pumps, and package units. Must hold valid EPA 608 certification and have experience with residential HVAC installation.
- EPA 608 certification required
- 2+ years installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in Las Vegas heat
HVAC Service Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. Provide honest assessments and communicate clearly with homeowners about repair vs. replacement options.
- 2+ years service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Customer-facing communication
- EPA 608 certification preferred
Apprentice / Helper
Learn the HVAC trade from experienced technicians. Assist with installations, carry materials, and develop hands-on skills. We'll train the right person — bring a strong work ethic.
- No experience required — we train
- Must be physically fit
- Reliable transportation
- Eager to learn a skilled trade
